The administration of Hope Uzodimma of Imo State says it will set up a judicial commission of inquiry to investigate the recent killings in the state.
Uzodinma who disclosed this when some state leaders visited him as part of activities marking this year’s Democracy Day, urged all Imo residents to remain vigilant against unpatriotic elements bent on destabilizing the state.
He described the implementation of the White Paper on Recovery of Lands and Property in Imo as the turning point in the war against insecurity in the state.
Speaking on behalf of the visitors who described themselves as Imo stakeholders, former Governor of imo state Ikedi Ohakim said Governor Uzodimma’s administration has surpassed the expectations of many, and urged Imo people to support the Governor.
