Hundreds of students of Rochas Okorocha’s Rochas Foundation College Owerri have staged a peaceful protest in Owerri, the capital of Imo State over the political battles between their benefactor and the Hope Uzodimma-led Imo State Government.
The students who displayed placard condemning the arrest of the former governor and current senator representing Imo West Senatorial district called on the state government to stop the crackdown on the former governor.
The various emotional placards displayed along Orji road by the students read: “If you kill Rochas, you have killed millions”

“Dear Daddy Rochas, dear love. May God sustain you in the good you are doing ”
“Don’t hurt our Dadd.”
They also called on President Muhammadu Buhari to quickly intervene over what they called plans by the Imo State government to send them back home to their poor parents across the African sub-region.
