Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has commended Governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for the release of over 50 arrested churchgoers in Enugu.

The police had raided a church at Owerri Road, Enugu, arresting more than 50 men and branded them IPOB members.

“I’m glad to report that all those arrested in a church by Fulani Islamic terrorist @PoliceNG in Enugu earlier today have been released. I commend Gov. Ugwuanyi for his timely intervention but let this be the last time Fulani Jihadists in police uniform will desecrate a church”, Kanu wrote on his Twitter handle.
