Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, the governor of Abia State has approved the immediate removal from office of Mr. Eze Okwulehie, General Manager, Abia State Environmental Protection Agency (ASEPA), Umuahia.
Barr. Chris Ezem, Secretary to Abia State Government in a statement on Friday said that the Governor directed the office the Secretary to Abia State Government to oversee the activities of the Agency in the interim.
According to Ezem, the directive takes immediate effect.
Okwulehie was sacked following the resurfacing of mounds of refuse in Aba and environs.
