Unknown gunmen have killed no less than three persons in Anara Community, Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State.
Local sources said gunshot rented the air late on Tuesday Night in the community.
The reason for the shooting was not immediately but sources said three persons were killed during the attack.
A local source said one of the persons killed was a commercial motorcycle operator.
He added that the community is still in shock following the killings.
When contacted, Mike Abattam, the Imo Police Public Relations Officer confirmed the development .
He, however, said that the command was currently investigating the incident to arrest the perpetrators.
