The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, says the ruling Fulani block will not allow restructuring in Nigeria.
Kanu said that Nigeria was restructured against the South in 1967, adding that after the war, the country was again restructured to favour the North.

He said: “NIGERIA was first restructured against the South in 1967. After the war, Nigeria was again restructured many times in favour of the North, to the point the Fulani seized control of Nigeria.
