Unknown gunmen have attacked a police station in Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
Sources told StandardObservers that the gunmen set all detainees at the station free.
According to them, the gunmen struck around 5 am on Monday morning, burning down patrol vans found at the station.
It was not immediately clear if there were casualties.
Loveth Odah, Police Public Relations Officer in Ebonyi, confirmed the attack said details of the attack was still sketchy.
She, however, promised to get back when she gets the full details of the attack.
