The Anambra State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has endorsed Peter Obi, a former governor of the state for presidency.
Obi has been under pressure to vie for the 2023 presidential election.
The endorsement followed a motion moved by a former chairman of PDP Anambra State chapter and seconded by Chief Okey Muo Aroh during an expanded meeting of the State Executive held at Senator Ekwunife Event Center, Awka on Thursday February 10, 2022.
The party stakeholders noted that the former governor of Anambra State has what it takes to unite and rescue Nigeria from the multifaceted challenges hindering its effective development.
