One of the lawyers representing Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Aloy Ejimakor says his trial will not take place.

Ejimakor stated this in a post on his twitter handle on Thursday.

Kanu was abducted in Kenya and renditioned back to the country in what legal experts described as an international crime.

According to Ejimakor “Kanu’s trial is supposed to be OPPOSED, not monitored. Those of you wanting to monitor his trial or wishing him fair trial, thank you.

“But sorry to disappoint you: There won’t be any trial. Never. If any trial occurs, it’s those that renditioned him that will be on trial”.
