Vigilante rescues abducted children

A local vigilante, OSPAC has rescued two abducted children between the ages of 3 and 4-years has been rescued in Ulakwo Umuselem Clan, Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State.

It was gathered that the little boys were abducted by one Mr Onyebuchi Ugo and Mrs Joy Amadi who hail from Imo State. Mrs Amadi is currently at large while Ugo was arrested.

According to the vigilante group, both suspects specialize in kidnapping little children and selling them to unknown people for Unknown reasons

The vigilante group said that the rescue operation occurred on Monday following a tip-off.

The group’s spokesman, Chike Nwite said that the little boys who have been identified as Saviour and Joshua have been handed over to Police for further investigations and identification, to enable them locate their parents.

He urged anyone looking for their children between the afro-mentioned age bracket to contact Okehi Police Headquarters, Okehi Etche Rivers State.
