A Port Harcourt-based socialite, Miriam Christabel has died during liposuction surgery at a Lagos Hospital.
Christabel who also runs a skin beauty business died on Tuesday in the middle of the surgery.
A friend of the diseased Sandra alleged that she died after power was unexpectedly seized in the middle of the surgery.
She said the surgery was performed at a plastic surgery clinic located in Maryland, adding that many people have died during surgeries at the hospital.
She hailed from Akwa Ibom State and graduated from the University of Port Harcourt.
According to Sandra, the deceased paid N3 million for the surgery.
Friends and associates expressed their heartfelt bade the socialite farewell on her Instagram page.
