Rangers International F.C’ ‘Numero Un’ and former Ghana youth international goalkeeper, Seidu Mutawakilu, has signed a season long kit sponsorship deal with a Senegal based kit producer, Jolof Keeper.
The deal will see the kit manufacturer provide their brand, Loxo Gloves, to the goalkeeper all season while expecting the lanky shot-stopper to always be at his best between the sticks and become a model to upcoming goalkeepers.
Part of the sighted contract read thus; “… In general, Jolof Keeper to equip the partner as long as this contract lasts. To do so, Jolof Keeper will make available to Mr. Seidu Mutawakilu, One pair of professional (Loxo) gloves as a signature bonus and one every two months…”
Reacting to this development, Mutawakilu said, “I am happy with this development which I believe will get better with time. I hope to always be a good ambassador to the brand as long as the deal last while promising to always be at my best for my club, Rangers when saddled with the task.”
Recall that Seidu Mutawakilu was between the sticks in the 2-1 road win and stood between Katsina United and goals in the first league match of the season in Katsina before he was shown the red card after his second caution by the referee on 85 minutes.
