The Management of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT has broken ranks with the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU in its nearly three-month strike.
ESUT on Thursday recalled students back to school.
The State University in an Internal Memo titled: “Commencement of First Semester Activities for 2021/2022 Academic Session for Fresh Students”, said first-semester academic activities for fresh students will commence on the 19th of April.
The memo signed by the school’s registrar, Ambrose Ugwu said lecturers are expected to commence full classroom activities and ensure that all students register their courses as appropriate.
The register also directed all academic staff, deans of faculty, director of academic programmes, ICTC, and heads of departments to ensure full compliance.
