Chinedu Nwadike’s family reschedules his burial date

The family of gospel singer, Chinedu Nwadike has rescheduled his burial date.

Nwadike died on March 27 at zenith hospital Abuja from blood cancer.

Nwadike had fully recovered from kidney issue and was to proceed to India for treatment of the blood cancer/Leukemia a week before he died.

His family had also fixed 27th and 28th of May for his burial according to an official release sighted by Standardobservers.

However, the burial has been rescheduled to May 31st and June 3rd. The reason for the shift was not immediately clear as at the time of filing this report.

The family in a terse statement made available to Standardobservers said: “We the entire family of late HON.DR prince Chinedu Nwadike wishes to re-annouce the change of the burial date of our beloved Son,brother,husband and gospel music legend,due to unavoidable situations. Thank you and God bless you”

Nwadike, a father of three was born on 26 June 1983. He became a household name for his hit Igbo gospel song, “Ọkụ gbajie aka ji ya”.

His burial will take place in Orlu, Imo State.
