The Senator representing Enugu West in the national assembly, Ike Ekweremadu has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Ekweremadu was on Friday found guilty of organ harvesting and trafficking.
Also, his wife, Beatrice was also sentenced to 6 years imprisonment while Obinna Obeta, a doctor who assisted them was sentenced to 10 years 6 months in prison.
