Arsonists wrecking havoc in Nnewi and other parts of Anambra State have burnt down the country home of former minister of finance under the Ibrahim Babangida’s regime, Chu Okongwu.
The arsonists had also set the field office of the Department of State Services, DSS and the office of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC ablaze.
They also burnt down the house of a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Joe Igbokwe.
Igbokwe, a special assistant to the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on drainage, had in a deleted post on social media accused the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB for setting his house ablaze.
