Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, says the Eastern Security Network, ESN, was formed to defend the South East region.
He said that despite committing several atrocities, the federal government is not arresting and jailing Fulani herdsmen or even preventing their attacks.
Kanu, however, said that when army and police turn their guns against ESN, they become enablers of terror, adding that his group will resist it.
He wrote: There’s no single instance of @NigeriaGov arresting & jailing terrorist FULANI herdsmen or even preventing their attacks. That’s why #ESN was formed to defend our people & land. So, when the Army & police turn their guns on ESN, they become enablers of terror & we will resist.
