The Actors Guild of Nigeria has expressed sadness over the passing of its members, Chinedu Bernard Nwankwo in Enugu and Chima Precious in Abuja.
Chi Bernard died on Friday after slumping inside a church at the Federal Housing Enugu.
Emeka Rollas, the guild’s president said the body needs a special day to call for God’s intervention.
“My heart is heavy. Just about when I wanted to speak on my brother Yul Edochie and the polygamy saga I was informed of the death of these young and budding actors Chima Precious in Abuja and Chinedu Bernard in Enugu,” he said.
“My heart bleeds. Actors need a special day to call on God.
“I have therefore set up a three man prayer committee to design a prayer link that members of our Guild would join from all the states.
“This committee headed by Apostle Eucharia Anunobi. Other myers are: Pascal Amanfo and Arinze Okonkwo” .
